The thing is, the sell side is peppered with fake orders, the buy side too. It's been like that for months. The reason why I mentioned these particular ones is because they are abnormal. They are very small and are at the ask price. If the sp goes back to 11.5 then these fake sell orders will get executed. That is why I think they are small, because the placers of the orders don't want to risk trade execution with large volumes, they just want to fake the market depth.
