    Good Evening to all,

In my opinion there is a very good chance that GPP can successfully administrate for themselves the 43% rebate that I talked about in a previous post :

I had a good discussion with an accountant who has experience with the research and development concession and believes GPP would most definitely be able to qualify if they proceeded with the idea/notion of the pilot plant.
Interesting thing is other plants (if they do ramp it up to more than just a pilot) can qualify but there are provisions involved if you do use as a revenue stream.

Nowadays government is very stringent in the whole research&development rebate thing.

Upon reflection, in my opinion, I do believe management is going down the path of something bigger than just a pilot plant. From my understanding there is a current pilot plant in USA at Thermacquatica so I cannot understand if it was indeed a pilot plant GPP were after it would essentially be a 'plug and play' copy from Thermacquatica's with few design modifications to suit.

To support my view, the quarterly does give mention to potential bankable study as well and also why does Gerry visit the Yallourn site?
The pilot plant can be housed in pretty much a laboratory environment.

Why the change to "Commercial Plan"?
If it was a PFS type - why the need for so many parties to be involved in the make-up of it?

I do find it all very interesting
