Whilst the largest shareholder selling out is rarely a good sign, I can attest to the fact that one of my other significant holdings had their largest shareholder (circa 15% of SOI) unexpectedly sell out late last year. They sold at a hefty discount at the time (19%) and it looked a bit gloomy, but the stock is currently sitting pretty over 35% above their sale price.
In short, instos don’t always get it right!
Results will come through later this year and that’s when we’ll know who is right/wrong.
