Daning, none of this really sounded any good to me...
"Appropriate funding is required for the production of the initial 5000 tonnes of concentrate, with further plant equipment required to be installed and relocation of the contractor's plant to site (to improve margins). Additional permitting on the Marianas site and processing site is required and is being finalised before the onset of consistent production. Debt instruments are being sourced, while negotiations with preferred potential customers are underway. Additional sampling was conducted over the Marianas magnetite tailings deposit during the quarter. A total of 18 trenches were excavated over five separate tailings impoundments (fig.2). Of these, five trenches were sampled, one from each representative tailings impoundment. It was noted that the surface 1.4m (on average) was slightly oxidized, being reddish in colour due to a higher hematite content from the weathering of magnetite. Below this zone the tailings were black in colour, representing higher magnetite content."
No wonder they got it so cheap... And what is the rest of the deal... An initial 300k was outlaid but what is the rest of the contract for the purchase?
Like I said, too many uncertainties atm
