Capital raising at 1.3 cents for what??

Small cap companies like this would only capital raise after they have pumped the share price with a couple of great announcements, which I believe will be forthcoming they won't raise capital prior to those announcements. If on the other hand there is no gold or ore or magnetite and it is purely a case of survival then that would be a whole different ball game but I don't believe that for one minute.

Haw will quantify the deposits, then potentially conduct a capital raising prior to a definative feasibility study being conducted to confirm the commercial viability of extracting the ore out of the ground. All my opinion but that's usually the process.
