imho, the delays are caused by the consultants saying to GIP, "look as it stands its not good enough, you need more sales contracts in place bla bla bla" imho. then GIP runs around like a scolded cat looking to patch up the inadequacies.

eventually i think it will come to fruition but with more delays than a sydney metropolitan train service. question is, how much damage will this do to GIP credibility. the effect is exacerbated because GIP is a low liquidity stock. its like watching paint dry.
