The deal has nothing to do with the BFS but it could be a legitimate reason to hold the BFS results until the last minute and make announcments at the same time. You know, maximum impact, to get the greatest benefit for shareholders!
I also don't know that GIP is talking to Cabot's but then again you don't know that GIP is "too scared to bring it out" or "game over", but that hasn't stopped you speculating.
