seed investors got in much lower than $12-14.
I am not MOLYCORP expert, but I have read a JP Morgan research note on them.
My RECOLLECTION - don't have it at hand - is that 75% of the register is owned by PRIVATE EQUITY with an average entry price of around $2.50.
