Selling has almost completely dried up. Arm is at the levels it hasn't been since mid 2009. 27mil MC with 20mil in cash and half of DSN mean EV is close to ZERO! Surely it has to be worth something. I reckon accumulation phase is pretty much over. It's hard to call bottoms on any stock, but this one feels like it bottomed at 25c. To me, this is a definite buy, which I did by buying more at 25.5.
