You guys are betting against the foreign investors and it is not a very wise choices.I agree our property market is way over prices but the chiness market is more pricier than ours.(it so logical for them to sell there and buy here).All they do is allow their chrildrens to study here for a few years and then buys after they graduate from university.


As long as negative gearing,and the mining booms is still in place then our property market will never crashes.Ours leaders will never allow property to crashes,because they are living the days lights our of the property taxes.Remember Mr Glen Steven,told Kelvin Rudd not to releasing more government land,ie "fearing the flood of housing will make the property crashes".


Unless we have a PIGs style default.
