18 Months ago I started looking at buying in Leonay, the real estate agents ( I have another term, but lets leave that for now) had 40 out the 50 properties for sale over 500K, even up to 799K, give me break in Leonay, this weekend there are only 10 out of the 50 over 500K. So I will continue to taunt these REA every Saturday and will eventually pick myself up a nice 4 bedroom 2 bathroom in the low high 300's to low 400's where they should be. Love it when I say the properties is over priced and they rush me out the door so the other folks looking at the house will not hear, but I'm back next Saturday. feel sorry for the guys who paid 649K last summer for a house I looked at, a house in the same steet same rooms and bathroom is 499K (asking)
