qiwenhan, shanghai is not "most world cities".

Last year we went on a tour of Europe. Property prices in France, Italy, UK and Germany (not Switzerland) were all attractive/very attractive (well, maybe not Paris, but let's face it, Melbourne, Sydney, Darwin are NOT Paris!).

Last year a friend bought a house in London because it was soooo cheap (now regretting he didn't wait another 12 months), and another friend has just bought a country property in France (we tried to get her to buy in Paris, but ......), again, just so cheap.
