I hope Incognito is wrong and they don't need to wait till the allocations are doled out for MUIOF as I accumulated some more. I think there was a trigger from submitting their funding to the port some signed confirmation that port access will be available etc or govt owned infra to upgrade provided they get the funding, off take etcetera and start building a mine.
That's why I'm a bit miffed they are taking so long to secure the $65m and off take as there was obviously a trigger for that announcement.
