    I think the port users will find out if they secure port space around the time the winning builder of the upgrade is announced. They will need to allow time for the companies to construct their mine and associated infrastructure to be ready to use the port as soon as the upgrade is completed. They should have no trouble securing the additional funding and offtake if they get port space
