Nothing fundamentally changed CP. Zinjin still after this incredibly valuable asset. Paperwork still being shuffled by the DMR with no definite date for notarization. I think most holders thought it would be done by now and impatience getting the better of at least one holder today. Presents an opportunity for someone to buy in at 8.5c. Wish I could; but I know too much to be buying.
