I can appreciate that with campaigning etc with elections so close, the other side fo the cards is that been some debate of the 20% free carry for the government on oil and gas projects being higher than international accepted levels. I'm sure it will go ahead with all the commentary endorsing fracking.
So far the timeline that the Challenger Investor Presentation put forward has been accurate. It's not just the karoo fracking project that this MPRDA bill applies to but a whole host of other projects.
