Thanks LAKings. I did intend the double meaning and the game is apt in this climate of silence. The longer the silence goes on, the greater my suspicion about a merger grows.

I don't think that an orderly wind down is in play at the moment - we still have too much cash for that. However, the denial of our patent petitions at the USPTO may well reduce the value that we can bring to the table should a merger be in the mix.

Now that the IP issues are resolved, maybe more news about BLT's future can be announced?
