The purpose of the investor fact sheet. I thought the same thing when I saw it. The purpose was to address the constant concerns we have expressed about Hep B, Big Pharma and the ending of TT-034. If they could have tied in the CEO search they would have. That said, Carl is trying to justify his job, fair enough. I can't say I have been fair to Ol' Carl, because he is a product of the culture of Benitec the black sheep.
Why release the fact sheet? Either it is a miserable attempt to spin some positive, or there is news coming. If it is a release with no significant news behind it then Ol' Carl and the entire lot have to go, save Dave and Mick.
