"Just a thought": It has now been (4 months approx), searching for a CEO.
If a merger were to proceed, would there still be a requirement for BLT management to search for and engage a CEO to lead the company?
After all, the entity/entities who take over BLT have their own competent management teams negating the requirement for a BLT search to employ a CEO?
Perhaps this is why they are dragging their feet?
As stated: 'Just a thought'.
