this time next year the share price will still be stagnate .000002 - .0000003
and the company will be in exactly the same position .
The damage has already been done with most of the former  Directors siphoning off funds in some capacity or rewarding themselves with generous share allotments in exchange for " advisory work " or " technical services "  which is nothing more than  " an excuse to establish a   consultancy firm which is often run or chaired by the same Company Director "   and is allowed  to claim millions of shares in exchange for offering nothing more than what he is employed to do in  The Capacity of a Company Director.
Sounds like the current Director is still cleaning up the mess
