Depends how the market perceives Bankera. The first ICO bank is a potentially a pretty good marketing angle. Bitcoin now has a market cap of 93 Billion USD. If they are saying 2.5 billion Bankers(BNK) were 10% of the company and they intend to float another 30% in the ICO then there'll be an initial float of 10 billion Bankers. Given they sold the maximum of 2.5 Billion Bankers in the pre ICO then the price of the ICO will be .017 euros per BNK.
So 10 Billion total issue of BNK at .017 euros will give an initial Market Cap of 170 million euros or $200 million USD versus 93 Billion USD Market Cap for Bitcoin. If the Bankera ICO gets swamped on open and the market takes it seriously then there could be a decent move north for BNK when they float. IMO.
