Still seems to be a lot of confusion about the Companies Announcement in the 17 Oct. Here's a list of what we know and what we don't know.

Where's the deployment taking place? Dont know.
The company has made a conscious decision not to list the 11 pilot locations. Unlikely to include Paris!

Does the deployment involve 4000 cameras? Not likely.
From my reading this is just the size of the CCTV network across the 11 locations. With only 4000 CCTV's these must be only small municipalities. And the Company clearly states that it's only on selected cameras in specific high value areas. With a per camera fee of say $4000 on this $1.2 m roll out that's around 300 cameras. That sounds about right for the number of schools, hospitals, ambulance and police across 11 municipalities.

Why not also deploy BrainChip Accelerator? Don't know
Again the Company has made a conscious decision to keep it's cards (no pun intended) close to it's chest. The deployment of BRN's Accelerator may await the later roll out to larger cities like Paris. Or the French have made the conscious decision to defer the full on deploymet of BRN's accelerator at this point and wait for the release of the new AKIDA card instead. If this eventuates, it will be IMO the great game changer for BRN!

Do we have a contract ? FSS Yes
Agree the Co has gone out of it's way not to spell too much out about the terms of the agreement or even who the deal is with. French Homeland Security, the National Police, IRIS or Teleste. But we have the Ann and we have ink on paper. Refer FNN's video clip.

Is the $1.2m just for this roll out? Yes
According to Beachler's comment's in the Ann, “ We are proud to have been selected for this major program, which we expect will become a standard for other municipal deployments.”

For those still skeptical about the lack of information in the Announcement remember the Company's not bound to convey any more information to shareholders than it has. Would have thought the commercial sensitivities and overriding security issues of this project would make this level of disclosure obvious.
