Well offcourse they wont commit to a particualr date there could be mechnaical failure or drill bit issues during drilling etc which is a common event and could set things back from a fixed date so its easier to say "in coming weeks"
relax they will have something soon as neil alluded in my email, if we wanted to bet ill put mine in for monday/tuesday next week.
