I think its safe to say that this sell down has hurt everyone. I bought VRLPA shares at between $1.26 and $1.30. I have made a good loss but I am taking the chance, as I believe the company will rebound. Thus I bought in at $0.96.
Maybe what we should think is that maybe the mistake was made when Village started paying high dividends.
Look at News Corp they pay a tiny dividend with the rest of funds going to reinvestment. I think that is what they want with Village.
