It seems to have some effect on intel when the article was first published, perhaps they are trying to stimulate the same response over and over?

Have a look at the SP chart for intel over the last three years.

I wonder if those three or four rallies in intel coincided with the re release of the article? would be interesting to see if the latest article has a similar effect this time around?
