This is a thread for the viewpoints of calm investors.

1. No traders unless you have a core investment.

3. Calmly state your position and facts. Separate your speculation or intelligent guess from the facts.

My thinking on the judge-

1. The judiciary in Malaysia is known for being viewed as on the side of the people, even though at times disparaged.
2. In the Amercan system the harm to each side is weighed in the decision to stay the TOL. I do not know the factors that are considered in the Malaysian Westminster decision.
3. The judge could have misunderstood the the harm to LYNAS.
4. The judge could have viewed 30 days as nothing.
5. We could have done something that pissed off the judge.
6. We gave the judge some curves to consider - can Lynas be a party?
7. It appears that advancing to this early was desired because the decision should be in our favor.
8. Judges arfe wild cards, does anyone have a grip on this judges prior rulings that would bear on what we are experiencing?

My speculation is that we may have upset the judge. No basis for that though. Would like to hear other calm views from other investors.
