i think many of us are overlooking the magnitude
of approvals so far that no one even the high court judge
can even overlook
we have the approval pf safety from the UN
scientists who were inviyed to malaysia
last year (u cannot buy these people)
I am sure that this last hurdle is nothing more
than a delay ( but how long is the problem)
I am sure at some stage the government can
pass legistlation to put a stop to this massacre
to foreign investment
everyone in Malaysia is aware of that

but still think with no deadline for the delays
stuff malaysia and move some where else
and in the mean time stand down all employees
on unpaid leave and start packing up and
save what we can as there is nothing at this stage
to stop the judge of delaying this for months
or years
example is the 30 days needed by the judge
to come back with an answer for a simple injunction
compared to what this company has gone
thru so far
of this gets more complicated in the court room
thrn next adjournment could br 3 months or more
