    Ok. Whilst I agree that it is a potentially great investment, it is still risky and I would hate to see you lose your home. I agree buying at better times is a key. Now maybe for instance could provide a good price but if you have been buying since 2010 surely you already have a sizeable amount and can afford to sit on it and ride it out.
