In all systems and processes there is 'noise' the term is becoming synonymous with irrelevancy.
The ESI management have been, for a considerable time worked towards the tripartite….that is not noise, that is real….it is a done deal
There is a great deal of 'noise' surrounding ESI……. this is everything else, opines, traders, and those with a lack of understanding about what is happening here.
Of course everyone is entitled to comment, but when a comment is nothing but 'noise' it is best ignored.
