I would be sure that BET management would have been aware of the effects that the announcement would have had on the share price yesterday, if anything it may be well-timed with more significant announcements yet to be announced. There is no guarantee that Bet will be successful in its bid for TAB if that is the case then share dilution will disappear, you would have to ask yourself if you owned shares in TAB would you be happy to inherit 65% of a one billion dollar debt.
