@Corndogs In my view you are spot on about the media arm... TAB has monopoly and that is where it dominates the market. We have to look at this deal as a sum of parts than TAB as a whole. There is still more to come from the management I guess and there is a role for Foxbet somewhere.
We still have the Global Tote, which was validated by Topbetta, and has all the regulatory approvals to offer pari-mutuel pool to US operators (hopefully F/o pools soon). A revitalized BET/TAB can do just that.
We will have to wait and watch, enjoy the ride. BET on it.
