I guess it's hard to say whether that's a choice BET had as we don't know if there was an offer to run the back engine. On the surface for me that was a great option, but I also struggled to see TAH paying 10s of millions of dollars every year for a service when they could spend that kind of money to completely overhaul their own system. I'm not that worried what a combined entity would mean for the B2B business in Aus if existing customers are unhappy with the arrangement. it's delivering a nice revenue stream but has limited upside in its current state. A little bit more concerned about what it means for the US landscape, but I'm sure that was front of mind with any decision made.
