It's a very long list of top end restaurant and hospitality names that have been done for underpayment. Several of them associated with Master Chef and Colambaris. It would be interesting to know precisely what prompted Colambaris to go to Fair Work. It just doesn't seem likely that he was completely oblivious to being $7.8 million better off than he should have been due to an administrative oversight, then immediately upon discovering that to be the case was mortified and went to Fair Work to rectify things. More likely is that some of the hundreds who had been defrauded were making threats making Colambaris believe he was better off going to the regulator rather than have them come to him.
