    If Caltex were looking for the most de-risked option whom would it be?

    I would have said CNX given we are about to bring online the 5mw plant in QLD and already have the capacity to increase to 20 or potentially up to 300mw + there is already the concept of bringing the chems plant online.

    However caltex may just be looking for a bog standard GTL player in which maybe Cougar is the one?

    Would be interesting to know their motives?
