    From this morning's announcement (not price sensitive - ha ha).

    CZD seeking a general meeting of Avexa, to replace all current directors with CZD's nominees.

    Looks like the tug-of-war for the $-balance is on.

    Discl: not holding, but watching with continued interest, amazement and befuddlement.

    GL to all, I hope it works out for the best, whatever that is.
