....putting the company in a stronger financial position.....How? These free Options will not expire until 10 August 2025, 2.5 years later. You think EEA will convert those Options (if approved) when CAY needs money? What happened to those crap Options which were stupidly approved last year? Have the so-called sophisticated investors converted any of those Options yet? Besides, I don't believe project funding will come from EEA. Time will tell.Anyway, I have no say in your votes. Do whatever you believe is in your best interest. Good luck.
