If the share price is sitting at 35c mid next year wouldn't you want the options being converted along the journey to 35c and placing money in CAYs bank, or would you prefer another CAP raise mid 2024 as our money is depleted, which would be more destructive, and will drop the share price and dilute us. This is just one of the risks we face if we don't manage this correctly as shareholders. It's just one way of many of looking at it. Each to their own though.

If we get the ML and we get a re rate to 10-15c whatever is being bantered around, i myself would rather see a CR at 15-20c rather then a proxy CR through the options at 7c. Our dilution would be considerably less and still get the $$$ required to get this moving.
Please advise if my understanding is wrong on how it works.
