I was shocked by the slump in the share price today, it was already looking cheap to me, but 17 cents is very, very cheap. I bought some at 18 cents. Having now read over the quarterly report again and looked over the various reserves under development I must conclude that this company is HIGHLY UNDERVALUED. The market is currently valuing OEX at about $30 million. The company has roughly $12 million is cash and no debt. The reserves have enormous potential. Whoever the sellers were today will regret that they have nerves of butter....
