cambay infrastructure and storage capacity

"Cambay-64. The well
remains choked back and production rates have fluctuated due to issues associated with limited tank
storage capacity at the refinery and constraints on transporting larger volumes of oil by road. Oilex is
currently working with the refineries to acquire additional storage capacity to rectify the bottlenecks."


Constraints on transporting larger volumes of oil by road. Would these constraints be due to road tanker availability,size restrictions,permits,environmental reasons?

Working on additional storage capacity, how does this work with oil producer-refinery relationship? Do Oilex have to put forward a case to the refinery that they need to increase capacity and then undertake a joint venture to build the tanks? Would there be red tape,land and environmental obstacles that need to be worked through and might pose significant delays?

I wouldn't consider either of these issues to be a problem and relatively minor. Though interested in anyone elses thoughts on these two points from the Quarterly report and actions we might expect from Oilex to resolve. Thanks.
