A bit of a worry. I'd have thought if they could get a serious amount of productive capacity available they might be able to (even literally) push through the road blocks and bullock carts.
I thought with their India experience these guys could do better at defeating Indian inefficiencies, or did they spend all their time at Cairn/Command sitting in air con cocoons while their oil wallahs solved all the problems.
Me's thinking with their high salaries we need some boot wallahs to give them a good boot up the behind. Trouble is we have the worst of worlds. Big company ambition, little company achievements. Big company salaries and overheads, small company production, etc etc.
Looking for a serious shakeup.
