Just read through the Hartleys report quickly, not sure what those eternal optimists are smoking, where to begin 85/bbl oil from 2010 again - well maybe but who expects to be treated credibly when you model on that?

Still, they have made OEX's somewhat incoherent story a little more coherent, but the numbers!
