    I remember reading in one of GPR's announcements that they were working with the Cambodian government to help refine its Mining Laws, which some commentators, including Ron Heeks, have cited to be a stumbling block for larger scale mining in recent years. Seems Cambodia might be on the brink of adopting West Australian mining laws. Could this be the main reason GPR took a breather from Kou Sa for a while?
