For those with a view to looking at PDN as a solid investment, they should be looking at the very real shortage of uranium in India and coupling it with the fact that George Bush has recently changed his stance on allowing U trade with that country - regardless of whether it signs up for non proliferation of weapons. It would seem that once clear contractual arrangements differentiating weapons grade enrichment, and those of power needs are in place, then it will be Ok to supply India.
A hint at the shortage, which is now being viewed in humanitarian terms.
