the reactors were shut down the minute the earthquake struck, the cooling system failed because of the tsunami that followed. now they poured sea water inside at least two reactors and are fixing the cooling system, seems like will be fine by morning..

when you talk radiation you need to know what you are talking about, there is no Uranium radiation, which means the fuel rods are safe, the only damage that happened is to the casing on some of these rods, which went out with the steam that they had to release to decrease the pressure inside the steel chamber( pressure restraint) when the cooling system was not working. but that radiation is minimal.

general speaking , you should be worried if uranium leaked out, like what happened in Chernobyl. but this was an entirely different event.

you guys need to relax. let the press make some money, they will tell us the truth later.
