they had sufficent funds to go after hathor but were outbid by RIO...and thats for a non producing asset

25 months time frame C$1Bill does not fit in with PDN assets
of 2 operational plants +its Canada interests....which is what cameco would be keen on.........+ its qld interests which I'm sure will be open for exploration once the LNP have settled into Govt and shifted into place public servants they feel will do the job on a fast track basis and be more aligned with the LNP...

they will want to remove Labor and Green fossils working in sensitive Public service sections.......they will put in place competant people whose loyalty they can trust.....

positive move by cameo......they may being interested in parts of Pdn ...the interest has been shown before...and they already have a JV venture with Pdn in Aust ...with Pdn being lead manager.......

some very positive aspects here....shows that companies like Rio and cameco see the need to expand whilst the prices are low....
expect more activity from major companies in Mergers and Acquisitions soon....sooner than later........

time is of the essence with the producers and nuclear plants ...reliable furure supply is critical

pdn holding up today in a down market.....a very positive sign of possible activity in the background.......
