Maybe just maybe the technology is all tuned up and scaled for commercialisation already,
No more big outlays for R+D in that case, just need somewhere to put it, ie. waiting for the
Paducah licence progress. Keep Wilmington for existing core products like turbine engines
and toasters. Maybe they don't want the messy DUF6 and that stigma sitting behind the head office.
