I did - I added green for more, yellow for the same and red for less. Green won by a mile. My file is to big to post sorry. I pasted each Jan year data and had to delete a few lines in 2012 to realign each country.

Jan 2016 Jan 2015 changes only

66,883 tonnes up from 65,908 URANIUM REQUIRED (2011 was 68,646 )
2411 up from 2359 Billion KWh (2011 was 2560)
439 up from 437 reactors (2011 was 442)
66 down from 70 reactors under construction ( I noted two are missing) (2011 was 63)

Point is all data shows more power, more reactors and more uranium needed. I note and think the 2011 data when all Japans reactors were operational is a datum point we are fast approaching and will quickly pass.
