In a word - Volatility.
IMHO PDN should be valued at 45c-50c when LH mine is running and a USD50/lb POU.
Without any clear term pricing and without any LH restart announcement, I feel sp is near the top of range.
I realise that market is forward looking and that POU could go beyond USD50/lb ( but not really seeing enough evidence yet).
Ave buy price 8c, so I've done alright.
I will buy on any pullback
