Eventually probably yes. At the AGM it was said in the non formal after discussions that it was to first manufacture and fabricate the final fit out of the pilot plant and then to manufacture the fit out for Paducah tails. It would seem that this is their near term focus where there will be a ready home for their production. Haleu will come later once they have contracted customers. If / when the DOE decide to award them a favorable off-take agreement then i am sure with the Wilmington production factory already up an running they will be in rapid response mode.
