For example, is it the enricher that gets to decide tails assays and when to feed tails instead of fresh natural grade uf6 or does the utility that paid for the enrichment get to call that? i don't know nor need to for my current investment. It is enough for me simply that when the demand for enriched uranium goes up or down the effect back up the chain is not proportionate, it is magnified and contributes to the steep price swings we see. That's one of the reasons Fukashima swung the uranium price the way it did. It is fun to play with the calculators that are available on line though. ( if you are into that sort of thing)
